INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

Throughout my time in college I have completed three internships. Each experience has been valuable and has given me skills that I didn't not previously have. My first internship was at Steelcase in the summmer of 2013. In this internship I:

• Acted as a liaison between Steelcase and dealers by building and maintaining relationships while providing exceptional customer service
• Coordinated orders with manufacturing and dealers, greatly improving communication and problem solving skills
• Created an effective and appealing PowerPoint presentation that is used by ten Sales Service Representatives to present ideas to dealers
• Evaluated statistics of sales using Microsoft Excel and critiqued staff to improve efficiency as a team of ten

My second internship was at Code Blue Corporation during the summer of 2014. My responsibilites here included:

• Executed social media posts and campaigns seen by 2,000+ followers
• Created surveys and promotional emails
• Gathered and added data to various customer relationship management platforms

My final internship was at Murdoch Marketing during the spring of 2015. At this internship I:

• Managed Facebook and Twitter accounts for two companies
• Wrote blogs and posted them using WordPress
• Organized website content and create sitemaps
